I am a 3rd generation Farmer, 4th Generation Vintor(Wine Maker), Serial Entrepreneur with a degree in Marine Biology. Aquarian Legacy Winery was born of my love for the environment coupled with wanting to honour the legacy of women who came before me.
I’ve had the pleasure of working at various industries from Industrial/Marine paint sales, Appliance/Bearing sales, Major League Baseball/Hockey client experience to Agro-processing/Light Manufacturing of local fruits.
At Aquarian Legacy Winery we focus on creating Wines and Fruit Juice Concentrates using 80% local inputs. Our Fruits are sourced directly from local farmers and go through a quality assurance process before production begins. Our products do not contain chemicals nor artificial preservatives and can remain in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 1 year. Our concentrate flavours include Guava, Passion Fruit, Sorrel, Tamarind and Ginger.
